 1- 4 Step Left, then step together with Right, **
      Step fwd with Left, touch Right beside Left,
 5- 8 Step back 45 to Right with Right, cross Left in front of Right,
      Step back 45 to Right with Right, cross Left in front of Right,

* 4 count 45 to left, then 4 count 45 to right:
 9-12 Step back 45 to Right with Right, step fwd 45 to Left with Left
      Step fwd Right and touch just behind with Left,
        [note these steps are done in the same line as the previous 4
         steps, that is, 45 degrees left of the line of the dance]
13-16 Step back 45 to Right with Left, turn 90deg Right (forming a V)
      and step fwd Right, Left and kick with Right,
        [these steps are done 90deg to the right of the last 4 steps,
         that is, 45deg right of the line of the dance]

* 1/4 turn left, shuffle, 1/2 turn right, shuffle:
17-20 Step back on Right (returning to original line of dance),
      step left with Left, with 1/4 turn Left, shuffle fwd (R,L,R),
21-24 Step fwd on Left, 1/2 turn Right on Right, shuffle fwd (L,R,L),

* Rock right, cross-shuffle, vine left:
